  1. You did pretty well about giving key points for her life and career however I would've loved to hear some of those points expanded upon. But you spoke clearly and did well speaking as a team and making sure all the information you had was presented.

  3. It was clear and precise your stance on her positive influence. Her overwhelmingly positive influence was shown through her movies and how she impacts children with her books. Although you had clear stated point of influence you did not have have much to back it up, comparing or contrasting more with Suzanne Collins would of helped to provide more towards Rowling.

  4. I know absolutely nothing about Harry Potter. I like that she was a single mom and made it big. Sounds like she still remembers where she came from, donating to charities etc... I was interested in how the story started. It is crazy to me to think that someone's imagination went to that level. Good for her! Good Job!

  5. I really liked how you told that she made herself into something out of literally nothing. She had so many struggles living in poverty, but yet she got herself out of that. I do wish you would have talked little more about some of her other books besides Harry Potter. I also wish there were a little more development to some of the ideas as well as a little more information.

  7. I like how you guys elaborated on how she was a single mother and how she came from poverty. You guys could've made it longer by elaborating on your points more but it was still a very good presentation and gave us the basics on the type of person that she is.

  8. You both were overall very informative with her background and how she influences those who are similar to her own experiences. I like that you were able to answer most of the questions directly giving us more details about the books and how they started. I think the comparison was also good because they really are good authors and they have both made an impact on young people on our culture. I like that you guys were able to discus your thoughts on her period. I like that Matthew was able to say, "Money never changed who she was before the making of Harry Potter Series". This really showed me your point of view of how you looked at her as well. Good job you two!

  9. I think you guys had good information and you were very organized about how you presented it. I just wish that you would've developed the ideas more. You didn't give a lot of information about the ideas during the presentation. You did however develop them more during the discussion which I was glad about. I think you guys really knew what you were tlaking about you just didn't know how to present them. Overall you both spoke very clear and confident. I really liked how you explained her life and how she came to fame. You did a really good job!

  10. The thing i liked were the ideas behind your presentation. You had some pretty good information and a good comparison. But I feel that they could have been built upon and maybe a bit more background info. Overall nice job.
